A cozy living room connects with the dining room and open kitchen. Lovely window nook and patio doors let in the Ojai light, original 1970’s features bring the charm.
Primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub / shower, and direct access to the yard.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the communal bathroom with tub / shower.
Third bedroom is set up as an office, but we can put in a twin bed should you need it.
The laundry room with new LG appliances is in a light-filled finished garage just off the dining room. It can also be used as an art, exercise or yoga studio.
A tranquil backyard with cedar soaking tub (coming Jan 2026), oak tree with swing, dining table, lounge chairs and lovely ‘peek-a-book’ mountain views.
A wonderful side yard with bistro table outside of dining room makes for a lovely breakfast spot or sun soaked place to sit all day.
